Mary "Jane" Harpold

Jane Harpold, 89, of Harrisville, passed away February 17, 2026 at Pineview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born March 30, 1936, to the late James M. and Bernice J. Boone Nordeck.

Jane was a devoted Catholic, attending services at St. Francis Xavier. She worked as a cosmetologist as well as being a realtor for Vienna Real Estate. No matter what she was doing, she always had a positive attitude about everything.

Those remaining to carry her memory include her children, Denise Harbin, Mary Boise, Cindy Rhonemus, and Mark and David Fryfogle; step-sons, Scott and Michael Harpold; grandchildren, Heather, Pastor Justin, Joseph, Buddy, Mendy, Shaunn, Alfred, Billy Jo, Samantha, and Mark; siblings, Jimmy Nordeck, Kitty Huelse, and Nancy Sauders; and several great and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Erman C. “June” Harpold, Jr., and a granddaughter, Sarah.

The family would like to thank Pineview Nursing for their compassionate and comforting care of their beloved Jane.

A graveside service will be held at Mt Carmel Cemetery on March 3, 2026, at 11:00a.m.

Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, South Parkersburg, has been entrusted with Jane’s final wishes and are honored to serve the Harpold family.
