Marvin "Jeff" Jeffrey Gainer

Jeff Gainer, 79, of Parkersburg, passed away December 18, 2024, at WVU Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born June 14, 1945, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Marvin and Frances “Fran” Keeper Gainer.

Jeff was a 1964 graduate of Parkersburg High School. He was a self employed over-the-road truck driver, an avid motorcycle enthusiast, and a supporter of the Veterans and POWs.

Jeff is survived by two sons, Scott Gainer (Dunia) of Waverly, WV and Chris Gainer (Lori) of Reynoldsburg, OH; three grandchildren, Autumn Gainer, Dominic Hall, and Kiernan Gainer; and four great-grandchildren, Danickia, Jameson, Cameron, and Wren.

Per Jeff’s final wishes, there will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life is being planned and will be announced on Lambert Tatman Funeral Home’s website.
