Mark A. Davis

Mark A. Davis, 60 of Parkersburg, W.Va. formerly of St. Marys, W.Va. passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va. He was born August 23, 1955 in Parkersburg, a son of the late Robert E. and Joan Neely Davis. He graduated from St. Marys High School and served his country in the U.S. Navy. He worked for several years for Hope/Dominion Gas where he was a backhoe operator. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in St. Marys. He enjoyed hunting, mowing and maintaining his property but most of all loved being with his family. He is survived by his wife, Pam Burner Davis whom he married in 1986; two daughters, Stephanie and Rachael both of Parkersburg; two granddaughters, Kenadee and Madalynn; and his mother in-law, Judy Daugherty of Davisville, W.Va. A memorial gathering will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm. Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburg. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 524 Green St. Parkersburg, WV 26101.
