Marguerite B. Mccutcheon

Marguerite B. McCutcheon 90, of Marietta, Ohio passed away December 31, 2016, at the Pines Assisted Living in Marietta. She was born June 20, 1926 in Wood County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Roy P. and Sylvia R. Rader Dowler. She was a licensed Practical Nurse who graduated from Washington Career Center in Marietta and worked at Selby General Hospital for 26 years. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Vienna Chapter # 151, and was a Baptist by faith. Marguerite is survived by three sons, John W. McCutcheon (Beth) of Lexington, NC, Edward J. McCutcheon (Jo) of Elizabeth, W.Va. and David A. McCutcheon (Diane) of Worthington, OH; six grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; and one step-grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James H. McCutcheon who passed away August 7, 2003; and one sister, Mary Chevront. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, W.Va. with Pastor Don Yeager officiating. Burial will follow in Parkersburg Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Order of Eastern Star services conducted by Vienna Chapter #151 will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
