Libby Hall of Vienna, W.Va., formerly from Weston, W.Va., passed away March 18, 2012 at Eagle Point in Parkersburg, W.Va.She was born June 24, 1943 in Weston, W.Va. a daughter of the late Margaret Berry Woodford and Coleman R. Woodford.Libby graduated from Weston High School in 1961 and then graduated from Beauty School. She worked for several years as a beautician at L & L Classic Beauty Salon in Weston, W.Va. She later worked at WVU Hospital in Morgantown before moving to Vienna, W.Va. where she had her daughter Julie Ann. Libby was a dedicated stay at home mom until her daughter was grown. She then worked for TCI Cable Company in Parkersburg, W.Va.Libby was a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Weston. After moving to Vienna she regularly attended St. John United Methodist Church in Vienna.Surviving is one daughter, Julie Ann Hall Tripler and fiancé, Ronald C. Hawkins; two grandchildren, Brandon Scott and Ashley Nicole Tripler all of Vienna, W.Va.; two sisters, Barbara Lynne Woodford and Nancy R. Woodford of Weston, W.Va.; one brother, John C. Woodford and wife, Lynne Courtney Woodford of Weston, W.Va.; and one niece, Kathy Woodford-Wiegand and husband, Dan Wiegand of North Carolina.Libby was a wonderful mother and grandmother who dearly loved her daughter, Julie and her grandchildren, Brandon and Ashley. She will be missed by many.Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 23, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, W.Va. with Rev. Norman Butler officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow the services in Weston, W.Va. at the Weston Masonic Cemetery.
