M. Lorena Nicholas Haught

M. Lorena Nicholas Haught, 85, of Marietta, Ohio passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019 at her residence. She was born August 25, 1933 in Vienna, WV, a daughter of the late Hosea and Tina Duncan Nicholas. Lorena was a 1952 graduate of Williamstown High School and attended Beauty College. She was a beautician in Marietta during the 1960’s and moved to Washington DC in 1979, where she worked for the FBI and The Department of Intelligence in DC and The Pentagon. Lorena loved to quilt, going to the Amish Country and yard sales. She was a member of the All Souls Harbor Church in Marietta. Lorena is survived by her son, George Campbell of Marietta; her two daughters, Debra Campbell (Mike Rea) of Boaz, WV and Beth Napier (Robert) of Marietta; one brother, Marvin “Bob” Nicholas of Ravenswood; four grandchildren, Shelley, Benjamin, Phillip, and Robert Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Maddison, Mason, and Collin; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Lorena was preceded in death by three brothers, Hosea Howard Jr, William, and George Nicholas; and one sister, Lillian Nicholas. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna. Interment will follow at the Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
