Lucille Kirby, 83, of Mineral Wells, W.Va., passed away on November 12, 2016 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg with Reverend Jeff Stefanov officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
