Lorna Sue Lee-Brown

Lorna Sue Lee Brown, 60, of Parkersburg, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. She was born February 11, 1959, in Parkersburg, a daughter of Katherine Madeline Smith Lee and the late John Earl Lee. Lorna was a 1977 graduate of Parkersburg South High School. She was an extremely hard worker, working many years for Camp Packing, Dr. Dorai Rajan and Dr. Hardesty. Lorna was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church and the Blennerhassett FFA Alumni. She was loved by all and was a great friend, aunt and especially a loving mother. In addition to her mother, Lorna is survived by her two children, Kari Brown and Matthew Brown both of Parkersburg; one sister, Mary Lou Newbanks (Vernon) of Parkersburg; four brothers, Gary Smith (Peggy) of Belleville, Terry Lee, Randy Lee (Natalie) and Jack Lee (Roberta) all of Parkersburg; and many nieces, nephews, special friends and neighbors. The family wishes to thank Dr. Kelli Cawley, Marcia McCullough, Courtney and the rest of the staff at Strecker Cancer Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, with Pastor Chuck Furbee officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Friday and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
