Lloyd R. Mullen, 79, of Parkersburg, went to be with his loving wife on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Eagle Pointe. He was born September 2, 1940, in Walker, WV, a son of the late Charles G. and Birdie M. Marlow Mullen. Lloyd was employed with Corning Glass for 29 years. He enjoyed NASCAR and Barrett-Jackson Car Auctions. He is survived by his daughter, Judy Lipscomb (Leslie) of Davisville, WV; his son, Franklin L. Cooper Jr. (Linda) of Davisville; grandchildren, Robert V. Barker (Becky), Richard A. Barker (Jennifer), Heather Cooper, Stacy Leek (Cliff), Tyler Cooper and Joey Lipscomb (Jodi); great-grandchildren, Kayleigh Barker, Allena Barker, Mikey Carver, Daima Posey, Bobby Barker Jr, Jonathon, Dalton, Dylan and Kyra; great-great-grandchildren, Breah Posey and Elijah Carver; several nieces and nephews; and his dog, Buddy. In addition to his parents, Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Mullen; his sister, Mildred Ayers; and his brothers, Raymond Mullen and Cliff Mullen. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg with Pastor Randy Dornon officiating. Burial will follow at Mullen Family Cemetery, Walker, WV. Visitation will be from 3-8 pm on Thursday and one hour prior to services on Friday at the funeral home.
