Lloyd L. Lemon

Lloyd L. Lemon, 84, of Mineral Wells, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at his residence. He was born February 16, 1935, in Wood County, a son of the late Lawrence and Bertha Johnson Lemon. Lloyd enjoyed bluegrass, wood working and rabbit hunting. He was a member of the Rockport Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn J. Brown Lemon; two sons, David (Valerie) Lemon and Ronald E. (Bobbi) Lemon all of Mineral Wells; one daughter, Deborah (Rex) Longwell of Mineral Wells; one brother, Paul Richard (Ruth Ann) Lemon of Mineral Wells; eight grandchildren, Zach (LeeAnn) Lemon, Benjamin Lemon, Cassandra Lemon, Dylan Lemon, Kathryn Lemon, Garrett Lemon, Christopher (Amber) Longwell and Mendy Moseley (Jason); and five great-grandchildren, Cadence Longwell, Carter Lemon, Tyler Thompson, Peyton Moseley and Presleigh Moseley. In addition to his parents, Lloyd was preceded in death by two sons, Lonnie and Donnie Lemon; granddaughter, Megan Longwell; three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, with Elder Darrel Connor and Elder Steve Morgan. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Friday and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
