Date and Time of Service: Thursday, November 11, 2010 1:00 p.m.posted 11/10/2010 at 8:46:17 AMLisa Michelle Tennant, 40, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away on Nov. 7, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer at St. Joseph's Hospital.She was born July 7, 1970, in Marietta, Ohio, a daughter of Richard “Dick” Warner of Parkersburg and Sharon Sue Penn Warner of Parkersburg.Lisa was a self-employed business manager and enjoyed her family, especially her children. She enjoyed boating on the lake and river, traveling and her dogs and cats.In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Marion B. Tennant II; one daughter, Alexis Tennant of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one son, Jason Tennant of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two brothers, Jason Warner of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Matthew (Judy) Warner of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; several uncles, Robert Penn III, Doug Warner, Dan Warner, and Don Warner and their families; several aunts, Barbara Olson, Susie Darm, Martha Kuhn and their families; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Bill and Ruth Warner; her maternal grandparents, Bob and Louise Penn; and one uncle, David Carney.Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 11, 2010 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Jamie Sprague officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
