Lisa Kathleen Mullins - Powell

Lisa Kathleen Mullins Powell, 45, of Parkersburg, passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born July 6, 1973, in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of Lanny Mullins Sr. of Logan, WV and Judy Buckner of Vienna, WV. Lisa graduated from Chapmanville High School in Logan County, WV and attended Mountain State College for two years. She was a Baptist by faith. She is survived by her husband, Donald Powell; her daughter, Samantha Stephens (Edward) of St. Mary’s, WV; her son, Ethan Mullins of Parkersburg; her sister, Kristine Dingess of Wheeling, WV; her two brothers, Lee Mullins (Mercedes) of Parkersburg and Lanny Mullins Jr. of Athens, TN; and her grandson, Elijah Lee Neil Stephens and several nieces and nephews, including a very special nephew and caregiver, Lee Mullins II. Lisa was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Verlie and Irene Buckner; and her paternal grandparents, Bernie Workman and Ruth Farley. A memorial service is being planned at a later date. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services are assisting the family.
