Linda Marie Tornes

Linda Marie Tornes, 61, of Vienna, passed away October 29, 2018 at The Arbors of Marietta. She was born November 2, 1956 in Parkersburg, WV, the daughter of Myra Lee (Cline) Tornes and the late Herman A. Tornes. Linda was a 1976 graduate of Ravenswood High School, she enjoyed reading, music and being with her family. She was an active member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Vienna where she at one time helped teach special religious education. In addition to her devoted mother, Myra she is survived by her sister, Vickie L. Hare of Vienna; her nephew, Christopher Hare (Mariah) of Pittsburgh, PA. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 3, 2018 at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Vienna, with Father John Gallagher officiating. Burial will follow the service at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Parkersburg. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Friday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, WV. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations may be made to Easter Seals.
