Clem, age 63 of Vienna, W.Va. passed away July 17, 2010.She was born March 30, 1947 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late Russell and Cora Hoselton Clem.She was a 1966 graduate of Parkersburg High School, had worked for the Jur Theater Circuit and retired in 2002 from the Bureau of Public Debt.She is survived by a brother and sister-in law, Russ and Susie Clem of Washington, W.Va.; a sister and brother-in-law, Norma and Dick Backus of Parkersburg, W.Va.; a sister-in-law, Joan Clem of Washington, W.Va.; three nieces and their husbands, Natisha (Tish) and Aaron Jarvis of Williamstown, W.Va., Debi and Harry Poling of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Kim and Tim Garst of Columbus, Oh; and one nephew, Tim Clem of Parkersburg, W.Va.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, Albert (Al) Clem, Robert (Bob) Clem; two infant brothers; and a nephew, Robert ( Bob ) Clem.Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Parkersburg with Jim Lynch officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 400 Green St. Parkersburg, W.Va.
