Lillian Doris Davis

Lillian Doris Davis, 93 of Waterford, Ohio passed away at her residence August 12, 2014.She was born May 16, 1921 in Aliquippa, Pa. a daughter of the late Teddy R. and Goldie Beaver Boley.Lillian retired from Demuth/Brockway Glass after 35 years of service. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Parkersburg and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Parkersburg. She enjoyed fishing and square dancing.She is survived by four daughters, Sheila McPherson (Stan) of Boaz, W.Va., Linda Wilson (Keith) of Parkersburg, W.Va., Sharon Curry of Vienna, W.Va., and Billie Summers of Waterford, Ohio; one son, Worthy Davis III (Marsha) of Woodleaf, NC; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sheila Smith of St. Mary's, W.Va. and Norma Riggs of Wakefield, VA; three brothers, Gary Boley of Virginia Beach, VA and Don and Dan Boley of St. Mary's; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Worthy O. Davis in 1986; a brother, Lawrence Boley; a sister, Genieva Fielder; infant brother, John; and infant sister, Evelyn.Funeral services for Lillian will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, W.Va. with her brother, Pastor Dan Boley officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Williamstown, W.Va. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
