Letha Diane Cross

Letha Diane “Dee” Cross, age 59, of Parkersburg passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018 at her residence. She was born January 22, 1959 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Charold Okey and Catherine Ann Milanese Hill. Dee was a homemaker and enjoyed collecting angels and clowns and was a NASCAR fan. She was a WV Mountaineer and Dallas Cowboys fan. Dee loved her church and was a member of the Mineral Wells Baptist Church. Surviving are her children, Shawnna Novoa (Christopher) of Kingsland, GA, Candy Cross of Parkersburg, Craig “Doug” Cross (Kristin) of St. Marys, GA, and Kevin Cross of Parkersburg; her brothers and sisters, Gary Hill (Tonya) of Parkersburg, Jerry Hill of Vincent, OH, Cathy Dye-Herbst (Brian) of Sioux City, IA, and Debi Matthews (Tom) of Rocky Mount, VA; one aunt, JoAnn Richards of Parkersburg; thirteen grandchildren, Colten, Coriona, Skylar, Elijah, Arianna, Natalia, Austin, Shailyn, Hunter, Caleb, Lexi, Ryan and Peyton; great-grandchildren, Savannah, Brook-Lynn , Jacori and two due in December; eight nieces and nephews; several cousins; and her dog, Kimba. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2018 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Green St., Parkersburg. Interment will follow at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and from noon until time of the services Thursday at the funeral home.
