Leslie Albert Kelley IV

Leslie A. Kelley IV, age 62, of Cutler, OH passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026, at his residence.

He was born December 3, 1963, in Greenville, SC, a son of the late Leslie A. Kelley III and Annie Lois Matura Guzman. Leslie had previously worked for the Decatur Township in Washington County, OH and currently was working for the Grand Pointe Conference Center in Vienna, WV. He attended Wesley United Methodist Church and enjoyed fixing cars, playing games and spending time with family.

Surviving is his wife of 37 years, Connie D. Scott Kelley; his son, Leslie A. “Lee” Kelley V; five sisters; father & mother-in-law, Albert and Becky Scott; one sister-in-law and her husband; one brother-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather and one sister.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna. Burial will follow at the Riverview Cemetery, Williamstown. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm- 2:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
