Leslie Wade Francis, 77, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away February 12, 2023 at his residence. He was born April 13, 1945, a son of the late Joseph Lester Francis and Ruby Evelyn Eddy.
Leslie is survived by two cousins, Barbara Hite and Ruth Collins; several cousins.
In addition to his parents, Leslie was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
There will be no services at this time.
