Lenore Diane Helmick

Lenore Diane Helmick, 81, of Parkersburg, passed away on Tuesday, January 1st. She was born February 17, 1937 in Parkersburg, WV to the late Bernard and Lenore Morris Stemple. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Charles Ray Helmick; three brothers, Morris Stemple (Betty), Lawrence Stemple (Norma) and Mike Stemple; one son, Steven M. Helmick. Diane was survived by her son, Charles Ray Helmick II (Dee Dee), Jeanie Feathers (Jeff), Jennie Barnette, (Scott); eight grandchildren, Diane Nighbert and Douglas Nighbert both of Harrisburg, PA, Carl Butcher of Seattle, WA, Jamie Warner (Dan) of Waverly, Ohio, Samantha Baum of McDermott, Ohio, Charles R. Helmick III of Virginia Beach, Va., Jessie McAtee of Parkersburg, WV., and Chelsea Helmick of Vienna, WV; and one great grandchild, Aubrionna Helmick. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Eagle Pointe for their care and compassion. No services will be conducted at this time. At her request, no flowers should be sent but donations in her honor could be made to the Humane Society of the Mid Ohio Valley.
