Priode, also known to his friends as Larry or Pody, passed away October 13, 2010 at home after a strong and brave battle with cancer.He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army for 42 years. He is now in Heaven with his precious Mary Whom he loved deeply who preceded him in passing.He is survived by a sister Cathy Bartram(Gary), two nieces Nikki Clay Gibson and Brandi Clay Stull; a brother-in-law Jim Bettano; three daughters Arneeta Scott, Nola Williams and Iris West; 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Sunday October 17, 2010 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, W.Va. Burial will follow in Evergreen North Cemetery where Military Honors will be conducted by The West Virginia Army National Guard Honor Guard.
