Larry Hall, Jr., 56, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away at his residence March 11, 2016. He was born March 4,1960 in Danville, Illinois, the son of Larry Hall, Sr. and Carolyn Roe Hall of Stockport, Ohio. He was a 1978 graduate of Georgetown Illinois High School and received his Bachelors Degrees from Findlay University in Findley, Ohio. He served his country in the United States Marine Corp. from 1980 until 1988 where he received his sharp shooters Medal. He also served in the Army National Guard as a Sergeant First Class from 2004 until 2005. He worked as a I.C.Tech for Cooper Tire & Rubber in Findley, Ohio for 17 years. He was an avid bowler and bowled 11 perfect games. He participated in bowling, softball and golf leagues. He loved the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Shelly Hull Hall; two daughters, Allison Jean Hardman of Harker Heights, TX and Adrianne Renee Hall of Findley, Ohio; one son, Alex L. Hall of Findley, Ohio; two step-sons, Michael Allen Cumberledge and Tyler Chase Cumberledge (Mika Dale) all of Parkersburg W.Va.; three grandchildren, Alexis Renee Elizabeth Hall, Tyler Aaron Hardman and Trace Matthew Hardman; one sister, Nicole Ward (Trent) of Los Angeles, CA; one brother, Tony Hall (Debbie) of Stockport, Ohio; his mother and father-in-law, Mike and Dottie Hull of Parkersburg; and a brother-in-law, Michael Scott Hull of Parkersburg. He was preceded in death by a brother, Brett Lee Hall. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Grace Gospel Church in Pettyville, W.Va. with Pastor Troy Derenberger officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
