Larry Gail Richards

Larry Gail Richards, Sr., 61, of Walker, W.Va. passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013 at his residence.He was a son of the late Wilson Monroe and Molly Madison Fredericks Richards. Larry worked over 20 years as a forklift operator for GSS (Gatewood).Larry is survived by his wife, Karen Fluharty Richards; one daughter, Tonya Gillenwater of Newark, W.Va.; two sons, Larry Richards, Jr. of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Russell “Rusty” Richards of Newark, W.Va.; three step-daughters, Julie Jones, Carrie Spears, and Amanda Spears all of Walker, W.Va.; one sister; two brothers; thirteen grandchildren; and two dogs, Lockup and Georgie.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, three brothers, and one granddaughter.The family will receive visitors 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with service and prayer at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at the Cedar Grove Community Church, Rt. 47, Parkersburg, W.Va.
