Kimberly Yvonne Wilkinson

Kimberly Yvonne Brown Wilkinson, 61 of Parkersburg passed away March 20, 2018 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born January 23, 1957 in Parkersburg a daughter of the late Stephen Brown Sr. and Betty Jean Turner Brown Wilson. She was a 1975 graduate of Parkersburg High School. Kimberly retired from Sears after 27 years of service at the Clarksburg and Parkersburg stores. She formerly worked at the Patton Building Services in Charleston. She was a member of the Zion Baptist Church in Parkersburg. She enjoyed ceramics, singing and playing with her granddaughter, Alexa. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Timothy Wilkinson; one son, Justin Brown (Yuliya) of Herndon, VA; one granddaughter, Alexa Brown; five sisters, Rhonda Brown, Cynthia Brown of Parkersburg, Tamara Coleman of Lewisburg, WV, Dianne Neal of Parkersburg, and Susan Fryson (Sim) of South Charleston, WV; one brother, Stephen Brown Jr. (Andrea) of Parkersburg; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael K. Brown Sr. Funeral services for Kimberly will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Zion Baptist Church in Parkersburg with Dr. Charles L. Grays officiating. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association at lung.org. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg is assisting the family.
