Kevin Jon Howell

December 16, 1959 — October 7, 2024

Kevin Howell, 64, of Belpre, Ohio passed away at his residence on October 7, 2024. Kevin was born December 16, 1959 in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late John E. and Jean Boso Howell.

Kevin was a proud grandfather, self-employed landscaper and gun enthusiast. He was a member of the Parkersburg Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Shelly Howell; daughter, Alexis Wiseman (Barry) and their son Axel Wiseman; son, Shawn Blair; one brother, Steven Lynn Howell and his wife Tabitha Howell along with their children; daughter, Kris Michelle Daniels and son, Steven Daniel Howell; nephew, John Howells (Candace) and cousin, Deborah Hepburn-McKinney.

In addition to his parents, Kevin is preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald L. Howell and John E Howells III.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Parkersburg Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1901 Park Ave., Parkersburg, WV with Pastor Stewart Pepper officiating.
