Kathy Ann Cahanin

Kathy Ann Cahanin, 66, of Vienna, passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at WVU Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born July 8, 1958 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Russell and Margaret Elschlager Creel.

She was a Parkersburg High School graduate and was retired from the Bureau of Fiscal Services. She loved to crochet, gardening, and admiring her plants.

Kathy is survived by her children, Michaelyn Creel of Parkersburg and Ryan Creel (Gabrielle) of Vienna; grandchildren, Kaden and Ryley Goodwin, Mackenzie and Jacob Creel, Dylan and Elaina Fittro, and Jaxon Metz; a brother, Mike Creel; and a sister, Sally Creel.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Creel.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 from 5 -7 p.m. at Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., South Parkersburg.

Lambert Tatman Funeral Homes have been entrusted with Kathy’s final wishes and are honored to serve her family.
