Karen Mae Stordahl

Karen Mae Stordahl, 60 of Belpre, Ohio passed away July 27, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born August 23, 1957 in Fargo, ND, daughter of the late Leland and Selma Hval Stordahl. She was an Assistant Veterans Service Officer II at the Division of Veterans Affairs with over 18 years of service. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, reading and collecting teddy bear and snowman memorabilia. She was a member of the AMVETS of Parkersburg and Spreading Truth Ministries. She is survived by her two sons, Mark McDonald of Punta Gorda, FL and Bryan McDonald of Sistersville, WV; three brothers, Jon Stordahl of Gilbert, MN, Dan Stordahl (Linda) of Punta Gorda, FL and Roger Stordahl (Norma) of Hoyt Lakes, MN; honorary sister, Cynthia Robinson, and her children, Rachel Colvin and Susan Colvin all of St. Marys, WV; and several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Spreading Truth Ministries with Bishop Joe Nelson officiating. Visitation will be Friday, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg.
