Karen Sue Lamp

Karen Sue Lamp, 62, of Parkersburg, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017 at her residence. She was born September 29, 1954, in Wood County, WV, a daughter of the late Clifton and Irene Lynch VanFossen. Karen enjoyed music, movies and pictures. She will sadly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Patrick J. Lamp; her sister, Barbara Friese (William) of Rockport, WV; her cousin and best friend, Carla Miller of Elizabeth; a niece, Rhonda K. Owen (Charlie) of Rockport; nephew, Christopher Scott Friese (Jamie) of Rockport; great niece, Crystal Platt (Danny) of Washington, WV; great nephew, Phillip Blair of Parkersburg; and her thirteen fur babies. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her cousin, Dale Miller and her friend, Robert White. At Karen's request there will be no services. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St, south Parkersburg is assisting the family with arrangements. At the family's request donations can be made to the funeral home for final funeral expenses.
