Julie Ann Bond

A Memorial Video to Julie is now available on this site. Julie Ann (Conley) Bond 59, of Vienna, W.Va. passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va. She was born August 31, 1956 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late Delbert and Betty Joyce Jones Conley. She was an in home care giver for ResCare. She loved being with family, especially her grandchildren and enjoyed her cats, horses, watching NASCAR and Ohio State University football. Her memory lives on as she was an organ donor. She is survived by one daughter, Shannon Cowan and her husband, Andrew of Vienna; two grandchildren, Atley Thomas Cowan and Sawyer JoyAnn Cowan; one brother, Michael Conley and his wife, Kathy of Ashville, Ohio; two nieces, Jamie Kissling and her husband, Mark and Jenna Cline and her husband, Justin; and her two cats, Tori and Hugo. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna with Anthony Farr officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to The Parkersburg Area Community Foundation, c/o The Tom Cowan Scholarship Fund, PACF- P.O.Box 1762 Parkersburg, WV 26101.
