Julia Mary Simon

Julia Mary Simon, 83, of Little Hocking, Ohio, passed away October 1, 2018, in Marietta, Ohio. She was born May 5, 1935, in Clarksburg, West Virginia to the late Frank and Mary Yaskenish Kovar. Julia was a homemaker and was a member of Saint Ambrose Catholic Church. Julia is survived by her husband Andy Simon; daughters Ava Wheldon of Athens, Ohio and, Eva Garlo of Barlow, Ohio; sons Denzil Simon of Alabama, and Steve Simon of Little Hocking, Ohio; one brother, 13 Grandchildren, and 11 Great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sons Joseph, George, and Paul Simon; three sisters and four brothers. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio, Sister Joan Marie Dan Beek officiating.
