Juanita H. Reber, 87, of Parkersburg, W.Va. went to be with the Lord, on March 1, 2016 at her residence surrounded by family. She was born August 3, 1928, in Monongalia County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Boyd and Hilda Hovatter. Juanita was a legal secretary and served under Al Smith during his term of Mayor. Juanita loved spending time with family and friends especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by two sons, Larry Reber (Shirley) of Washington, W.Va. and Robert Reber (Debra) of Rockfield, Ky.; four grandchildren, Justin Reber (Heather) and Lori Pickens (Nathan), all of Washington, W.Va., Jarred Reber (Paige) of Nashville, TN and Brittany Wafford (Brandon) of Bowling Green, Ky.; four great-grandchildren, Logan Reber, Sawyer and Cohen Pickens and Trapper Reber; one brother; and three sisters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Reber; two brothers; and two sisters. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 7, 2016 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. South Parkersburg. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
