Juanita May Lewis

Juanita May Lewis, 74, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away July 26, 2011 at her daughter's residence. She was born August 24, 1936 in Wood County, W.Va. daughter of the late Harold and Katie Yocum Ball. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and watching movies. Juanita is survived by a daughter, Delores M. McEldowney (Jack) of Parkersburg, W.Va.; three sons, James “Mike” Lewis (Bonny) of Bokeelia, FL, Steven D. Lewis (Jenny) of Rockport, W.Va., and Timothy Allen Lewis of Parkersburg, W.Va.; a brother, Johnny Ball (Joann) of Parkersburg, W.Va.; twelve grandchildren including Shanna Lewis and T. J. Lewis who she helped to raise; and twenty seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Lewis in 2001.Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 29, 2011 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Rob Collins officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
