Joyce Marie Kennedy

Joyce Marie Hardman Kennedy, 47, of Mineral Wells, W.Va. passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Camden Clark Medical Center. The youngest of five children, she was born February 11, 1969, at Parkersburg, a daughter of Mary Yvonne Best Hardman of Mineral Wells and the late Paul Hardman. She was a member of the Parkersburg South Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of five and a half years David Kennedy; daughter, Kelly Harper of Parkersburg, W.Va.; four siblings, Tim Best of Mineral Wells, Brenda Whitacre of Marietta, Ohio, Clay Hardman of Parkersburg, and Velma Hardman of Bristol, Indiana; three nephews, three nieces; and four great nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Holley Marie. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., south Parkersburg with Elder Phil Washington officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
