Jo Beth Allender

December 15, 1962 — February 16, 2024

JoBeth Allender, 61, of Parkersburg, formerly of Belpre, passed away February 16, 2024 at Camden Clark Medical Center.
She was born December 15, 1962 in Knob Noster, MO, a daughter of the late Franklin and Janet Marie Smith Allender.
JoBeth was a high school graduate and a Pharmacy Technician at CVS in Belpre.
She loved kids and animals, especially birds.
JoBeth is survived by husband, Donald Hornbeck; a stepdaughter, Natasha Richards, of Parkersburg; a nephew, Nick Stephens of Cleveland; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
In addition to parents, JoBeth was preceded in death by two brothers, Jeff and Joe Allender.
Per the family’s request, there will be no services.
