Joanne M. Mounts Martin, 75, of Belpre, Ohio passed away April 2, 2015 at Camden Clark Medical Center.She was born December 1, 1939 in Washington County, PA, a daughter of the late Howard and Mary Mounts.She is survived by her husband, Dr. Hobart Martin; a daughter, Valerie McCown (Keith) of Dallas, Texas; step-son, Cameron Martin (Kristin), of Denver, CO; and grandchildren, Kayla and Taylor Childers.A private memorial service will be planned at a later time. The family is being assisted by Lambert-Tatman Funeral and Cremation Services of Belpre.
