Joanne D. Emerson, 69, of Williamstown, WV, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2018 at Sunset Memory Gardens. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg is assisting the family.
