Jo Ann Baker

Jo Ann Baker, 75, of Parkersburg, WV passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Camden Clark Medical Center.

Daughter of the late Alberta and Lewis Baldwin Sr., Jo Ann was born June 29, 1949 in Parkersburg, WV. She was a devoted Christian and member of Lubeck Church of Christ. Jo Ann enjoyed cooking, taking care of the home, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Jo Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Edward Baker Jr.

Jo Ann is survived by her daughters, Kathy Jo Wolfe and Joyce A. Ball (Timothy); grandchildren, Jennifer Kirk (Ryan), Ashley Schuler (Zack, Tyler Ball (Caitlin) Johnathan Watson, Tayla Watson, Miranda Watson, and Justin Watson (Aly Arnold); great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Headlee, Chloe Kirk, Carter Kirk, Connor Diaz, Avah Diaz, Braelynn Ball, Bentlee Varner, Ashton Varner, Leighua Sims, Paige Clegg, Colter Clegg, and Ellie Jennings; brothers, Lewis Lonzo Baldwin Jr. and William Baldwin (Phyllis); as well as several nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Funeral service will take place at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 30, 2025 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home on Green Street with Evangelist Ed Melott officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery in Belleville, WV.
