Jo-Ann Alice Bryan

Jo-Ann Alice Bryan, 88 of Waverly passed away April 22, 2018 at her residence. She was born November 13, 1929 in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy Huffman Johnston. Jo-Ann had worked at the Telephone Company, Johns Manville and St. Joseph Hospital. She enjoyed sewing, cross-stitching, crocheting, quilting, working puzzles and stamp collecting. Jo-Ann was a member of the Crossroads Methodist Church. She is survived by her children, Mark Johnston of Florida, Scott Bryan (Donna) of Waverly and Marianna Ryan (Shawn) of Logan, OH; step-children, Colleen Taitt of Parkersburg, Doug Bryan (Barbara) of Ohio and Christine Siders (Dan) of Lexington, KY; her siblings, Donna Roberts of Parkersburg, Mary Parrish of Belpre and Robert Johnston of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Kayli Mooney (Sean), Timothy Ryan, Jeremy Bryan and Daniel Ryan; and one great-grandchild, Liam Mooney. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bryan; one great-granddaughter, Liliana Mooney; and three step-children. Memorial services will be held 1:00 p.m., June 2, 2018 at the Crossroads United Methodist Church, Waverly, WV. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Green St. Parkersburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
