Jimmy Dee James

Jimmy Dee James of Parkersburg passed away March 21, 2018 at Eagle Pointe Nursing Facility. He was born January 4, 1938 in Gilmer County, WV, a son of the late Walter and Dephia Wright James. He is survived by his wife, Mable A. Lyons James; children, Mindy James, Tiffany James, Nancy Marshall, Justina James all of Parkersburg, Jimmy James Jr. of Charleston and Dean Dillion of Georgia; brother, Elwin James of Ohio; sister, Patricia McDonald of Parkersburg; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded by his children, Debra JoAnn Sellers, Susan Campbell, LuCinda James; two infant sons, Edward and Jessie James; and several brothers and sisters. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday, March 26, 2018 at Sunset Memory Gardens. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg is assisting the family.
