Jessica Rae Vance

Jessica Rae Vance, 82, of Parkersburg, passed away June 8, 2024 at the Parkersburg Care Center. She was born January 31, 1942, a daughter of the late Reino and Hope Bash Passi.

She was self employed doing advertising and real estate. She enjoyed genealogy and art.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Scott Logsdon (Tami) of Parkersburg and Kim Dotson (Doone) of Florida; grandchildren, Heather, Amber, Jessica, and Marshall.

In keeping with Jessica’s wishes, there will be no services.
