Jerri Sheridan

Jerri Sheridan 60, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the Parkersburg Care and Rehabilitation Nursing Facility.She was born May 7, 1953 in Parkersburg, the youngest daughter of Louise LaRue Morrison and the late Harvey L. Morrison, Sr.Jerri graduated from Wirt County High School where she was a member of the Tiger Marching Band. She worked for United Bank for 33 years and Commercial Bank for 5 years. She was a member of the Lynn Street Church of Christ. In addition to her mother, Louise Morrison, she is survived by two sisters, Connie Brown (Carroll) and Wanda Mills (John); one brother, Harvey Morrison Jr. (Peggy); three nieces, Penny Weekley (Kevin), Angie Rule (Rich),and Julie Preston (Steve); great-nephew, Ryan Weekley; great-nieces, Emily Weekley, Taylor Rule and Summer Rule; one uncle, Emery “Pat” LaRue (Roseanne) of Crivitz, Wis.; two aunts, Frances Fought of Parkersburg and Renie Gault (Lionel) of Melbourne, Fla.; and several cousins.Jerri was preceded in death by her father, Harvey Morrison, Sr., who passed away June 4, 2013; one great-nephew, Michael H. Morrison; and one uncle, Frankie Fought.The family would like to thank the staff at The Willows Nursing Center and The Parkersburg Care and Rehabilitation Nursing Center for their love, care and support.Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 9, 2013 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va. with Teddy Tackett officiating. Entombment will follow at the Sunset Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Lynn Street Church of Christ in memory of Jerri.
