Jean Juanita Van Sickle

Jean Juanita Van Sickle, 84, of Vienna, W.Va., passed away November 30, 2016 at Worthington Nursing and Rehab Center in Parkersburg. She was born April 5, 1932 in Wood County, W.Va., the daughter of the late Harley and Mary Collins Weigle. Jean was a retired self employed hair dresser and loved painting, antiques and selling antiques. She was a devoted member of the 36th Street Church of Christ in Vienna, helping in many areas at the church. She is survived by her two daughters, Debra Sampson of Vienna and Lesa Houser of Monroe, NC; one brother, James Weigle (Linda Pennybacker) of Vienna; her twin sister, Janice Staniewicz of Orlando, Fla; two sisters-in-law, Vivian Stanley of Grafton, W.Va. and Patricia Weigle; six grandchildren, Starr Deem (Andrea) of Salem, Oregon, Amber Martin (Matt) of Reedsville, OH, Stephen Chaz Van Sickle of Parkersburg, Fallon Musgrave (David) of Waxhaw, NC., Tristan Houser of Chapel Hill, NC., and Cody Van Sickle of Cincinnati, OH; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Van Sickle; her brother, William Weigle; one sister, Betty Lattstetter; and an infant brother, David Weigle. Services will be held at the conveniences of the family at a later date. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna.
