Javan Edward Daley, 24, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013. Javan was born November 14, 1988, in Parkersburg, W.Va., a son of Donald E. Daley, II and Sherry Ann Haislip Daley of Parkersburg. Javan was a 2008 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and formerly worked at Suddenlink and Sams Club. He was a member of 19th Street Church of God in Parkersburg. In addition to his parents, Javan is survived by his son, Javin Daley of Parkersburg; one sister, Amber Schilling (Chris) of Belpre, Ohio; his maternal grandfather, the Rev. C.A. Haislip of Robertson, N.C.; one nephew, Malaki Schilling; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Javan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Don and Dora Daley; and his maternal grandmother, Marilyn Haislip. Funeral services for Javan will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at the 19th Street Church of God in Parkersburg, with Pastor Randall Fuson, Pastor Mic Cox and the Rev. Debra Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Mineral Wells, W.Va. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green Street, Parkersburg, and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to 19th Street Church of God, 505 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 in honor of Javan.
