Janet M. Beckert

Janet M. (Newhouse) Beckert, 79, of Parkersburg, WV passed away December 16, 2021 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born August 17, 1942 in Akron, OH, a daughter of the late Thomas E. and Marguerite Clancy Foulks. Janet worked at Nashua Photo as a film processor, and loved to bowl and shop.She made friends easily. She is survived by 2 daughters, Kindra Beckert and Malinda Davis; brother, Gary Curtis (Patricia Ann) Foulks; Michael Davis, father of grandchildren, Travis M. (Autumn P.) Davis and Aaron S. Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Marvin Ira Beckert. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. South Parkersburg, WV, with Pastor Larry Dale officiating.Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
