James Herndon Young

James Herndon Young, 75, of Williamstown, passed away April 22, 2018 at Eagle Pointe Nursing Home in Parkersburg. He was born December 14, 1942 in Huntington, WV, the son of the late John and Huldah Morton Young. James was a veteran of the US. Air Force and a member of the WV National Guard. He was a Broadcaster in the Communication Field and a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Marietta. He is survived by his wife, Rosanne Young; two daughters, Jennifer Young of Williamstown and Allison Young of McConnelsville, OH;a grandson, Aidan Copeland of Williamstown; and a special cousin, Wallace Morten. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Jack Young. As per his wishes there will be no visitation or service at this time, a memorial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
