Jim was a man of God and a friend to many. He never met a stranger and was glad to share his faith with them. He had music in his soul. From an early age of playing the accordion to more recent years playing keyboards in praise and worship to becoming a founding member in the Band of Brothers oldies music band. He loved all kinds of music and knew the words to all the songs. If you hear a song that makes you think of Jim, smile knowing he probably played it at some time.
He and his wife, Susi loved to camp and travel searching for out of the way eateries and the perfect hot dog. He was a family man taking great pleasure in his sons Ben and Chris and their families. He loved watching the grand kids Colt, Marlin, Mia, AJ, Wes and Audrey try new adventures and grow into fun and loving people. He and his brother Biff grew quite close over the last decade. Family was important to him.
He will be sadly missed by friends and family he left behind but rejoice in knowing he is in Heaven with Jesus and waiting for you to join him.
Per his request there will be no services. Friends and family can reflect and rejoice in his life every day from the songs and words that remind them of Jim's life.
