James Richard Bish, 77, of Vienna passed away December 13, 2019 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born October 7, 1942 in Charleston, WV the son of the late Harold C. and Edith Garretson Bish. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
