Iva Betty Lemons

Iva Betty Lemons age 69, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the Worthington Nursing Facility. She was born March 6, 1948 in Three Mile, WV, a daughter of the late A.D. and Ivy Blackwell Waggoner. Betty is survived by her husband, Robert Wayne Lemons; one son, Robert Wayne Lemons, II of Charleston, WV; brotherS, David Waggoner of Elkview, WV, Sonny Chandler and Billy Stricklin both of Clendenen, WV; and two sisters, Jayne Waggoner of Charleston, WV and JoAnn Shamblin of Harmony, NC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, David Lemons. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the Independent Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Elder officiating. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna is assisting the family with arrangements.
