Ida Mae Blair

She was born January 11, 1938, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Delbert G. and Fannie M. Fetty Matheny.
Ida was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church and enjoyed spending time at the Vienna Senior Center. She always wanted to see her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her two daughters, Deborah Ankrom and Belinda Hescht (Roger) both of Vienna; one brother, Gary Matheny (Ann) of California; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren with one on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Ida was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Blair; her half-brother, William “Bill” Gault; three brothers, Robert “Bob”, Richard and Sam Matheny; and one sister, Wanda Stephens.
The family would like to thank Camden Clark Medical Center and Eagle Point Nursing Facility for the care they took of Ida.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna with Pastor Gene Full officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 am till time of service at the funeral home.
