Homer Douglass Farr

Homer Douglass Farr, 89, of Walker, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born July 9, 1935 in Walker to the late John S. and Gladys B. Chartrand Farr.

Homer proudly spent 46 years with CSX Railroad and enjoyed running trains.

Left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Dolly Farr; two sons, Gerald and Mark Farr; sister, Margarite Farr; grandchildren, Cathy and Sarah; and 3 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Frances Hyre.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, January 17, 2025 at Walker Cemetery with Pastor Don Yeager officiating.
