Helen Catherine Tranquill

Helen Catherine Tranquill, 92 of Vienna passed away August 23, 2017 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born October 3, 1924, a daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Namath Tokas. She is survived by two sons, Paul Charles Tranquill (Norma) of Diamond Bar, California and Robert James Tranquill (Randi) of Vienna; four grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew (Marcie), Tim (Lisa) and Joseph (Dede) Tranquill; seven great-grandchildren, Conner, Eva, Jackson, Katelyn, Jackson Joseph, Logan and Elijah Tranquill; best friend, Isabelle Bullock along with a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Louis James Tranquill; grandson, Patrick Tranquill; two brothers, Frank and Andy; and five sisters, Lucy, Elizabeth, Ann, Stella and Rosie. A funeral mass will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Vienna with Father John Gallagher officiating. Entombment will be at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens in Follansbee, WV. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. is assisting the family with arrangements.
